# 现象
在Linux计算机上安装Acronis代理。安装完成，但出现以下错误：
<i>Failed to build the SnapAPI kernel module. Operations with disk-level backups will not be available.</i>

# 解决方法
1.检查发行版的运行Linux内核版本。
有几种方法可以做到这一点，例如，可以使用uname命令：
<b>uname -r</b>
示例输出：
<b>Linux 3.10.0-514.e17.x86_64</b>
或者，您可以在system report、summary.txt或uname.txt中检查内核版本。

2.检查Acronis Agent是否支持此内核版本：[支持的操作系统和环境（Linux代理部分）](https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect_15/index.html#36983.html)。

如果您的内核版本不受支持，请更新内核：
在CentOS中更新：

3."<b>yum install kernel-devel-$KERNEL_VERSION</b>"
4.确保"<b>/lib/modules/$KERNEL_VERSION</b>"和"<b>/usr/src/kernels/$KERNEL_VERSION</b>"存在
5.重启
在Ubuntu中更新：
