# 问题现象
1.备份到磁带失败，并提示错误：<i>The storage media is write protected</i>

# 问题原因
Acronis Cyber Protect 15 或 Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 不支持 LTFS（Linear Tape File System）：请参阅‎‎[磁带设备使用限制](https://www.acronis.com/zh-cn/support/documentation/AcronisCyberProtect_15/#cshid=38832)

# 解决方法
‎取消映射‎‎或‎‎将 LTFS 介质重新格式化为通用数据介质‎。
