故障排查
检查受影响的代理计算机上的事件查看器日志。筛选具有“严重”，“错误”和“警告”级别的事件，并从备份失败之前或期间记录的以下来源搜索可能的错误/警告：volsnap，atapi，磁盘，BitLocker-Driver，Ntfs，stcvsm。有关如何使用Windows事件日志的更多信息，请参见本文。
