问题现象

在Windows Server 2019上安装了Acronis Hyper-V代理程序。

在Windows事件日志中，看到很多事件ID为81的错误：

问题原因

Acronis Cyber​​ Backup Cloud尚未正式支持Windows Server 2019安装Acronis Hyper-V代理，因此可能会出现问题。自Update 4以来，Acronis Cyber​​ Backup 12.5支持Windows Server 2019安装Acronis Hyper-V代理程序。

解决方法

Acronis Cyber​​ Backup 12.5：更新到最新版本，自Update 4起，此问题已修复。
