问题原因
与Avast防病毒软件冲突。
解决方法
卸载Avast防病毒软件，重新启动计算机，然后安装Windows代理程序。
代理程序安装成功后，您可以重新安装Avast-防病毒，仅会干扰安装，与正常工作的代理程序不会发生冲突。
