问题原因
该问题最常见的原因是存在 http_proxy 环境变量：Acronis 服务尝试使用此“proxy”进行本地连接。
要确认该问题是由该环境变量引起的：
1.打开命令提示符：开始 -> 在搜索中，输入 cmd 并按 Enter。
2.发出以下命令：

3.如果命令的输出包含“http_proxy”参数，则这就是问题的原因

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud：此问题已在 v20.11 (Agent build 25837) 中修复，请将 Agent 更新到最新版本。
Acronis Cyber Protect 15：此问题已在 Build 26172 中修复，请更新到最新版本。
Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5：使用以下解决方法：
删除 http_proxy 变量：例如从命令提示符运行以下命令：
setx http_proxy ""
