1. 您正在 Windows 系统中安装 Acronis 软件；
2. 安装失败并提示：

中文提示：
无法访问 Windows Installer 服务，如果未正确安装 Windows Installer，则可能会发生这种情况。请联系您的支持人员寻求帮助。

英文提示：
The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

问题原因

Windows 安装程序中的问题。

解决方法

1. 确保未禁用 Windows Installer 服务：开始 -> 运行 -> services.msc -> 找到Windows Installer 服务并检查其启动类型，它应该设置为手动 或自动，单击启动以启动服务。
2. 重新注册 Windows Installer 服务：打开命令提示符（开始 -> 运行 -> cmd）并运行以下命令：
   对于 Windows 32 位：

   msiexec /unregister
   msiexec /regserver
   

   对于 Windows 64 位：

   %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister
   %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister
   %windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver
   %windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver
