问题现象

备份失败并出现错误：

由于计算机意外重启或网络保护代理进程终止，备份失败。

英文日志：
The backup has failed due to an unexpected machine reboot or a termination of the cyber protection agent process.

问题原因

根本原因是分配给虚拟设备虚拟机的内存不足。

在产品的未来版本中，默认分配给虚拟设备虚拟机的内存将增加。
