问题现象

您在一台 Linux 机器上安装了 Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5 Update 2（或以上）Linux 代理程序，您想更新该代理程序并单击 "检查更新"，出现以下错误：

中文提示：
没有连接到更新服务器。

英文提示：
No connection to the update server.

在日志中，你看到许多记录，如：

解决方案

1. 更新CA证书。
   在 Debian 或 Ubuntu 操作系统上：

   apt-get install ca-certificates
   

   在红帽或CentOS操作系统上：

   yum install ca-certificates
   

2. 重启系统。
