问题现象
- 将Agent for VMware (Windows)代理程序安装在一台Windows机器上。
- 将此代理配置为连接到vSphere 6.5+环境：vCenter或ESXi主机。
- 尝试备份一个VMware vSphere虚拟机。

问题原因
缺少 "Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable "软件包，该软件包是VMware VDDK 7.0正常运行所需的。
解决方法
Windows Server 2012 或者 Windows Server 2012 R2：
在安装Agent for VMware(Windows)的服务器上下载并安装Windows中Universal C Runtime的更新。
如果安装Update for Universal C Runtime不能解决问题，请在安装Agent for VMware（Windows）的机器上从最新支持的Visual C++下载中下载并安装 "Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable "包。

在安装Agent for VMware（Windows）的机器上，从最新支持的Visual C++下载中下载并安装 "Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable "软件包。

Acronis Agent for VMware（Windows）使用VMware VDDK 7.0与VMware ESXi 6.5+主机一起工作。
VMware VDDK 7.0支持安装到Windows Server 2012或更高版本（见VMware VDDK 7.0发布说明），因此，如果您将Agent for VMware（Windows）安装到版本较低的Windows中，那么它将不被支持与VMware ESXi 6.5+主机一起工作。
