Acronis代理远程安装或更新失败，出现以下错误：
Failed to verify the security certificate of the file

问题原因
目标服务器上未安装用于签署Acronis远程安装文件的证书。
解决方法
为了解决此问题，应在目标服务器上安装丢失的证书：
- 下载根证书文件certificates.zip
- 解压文件
- 在目标服务器上安装证书，右键单击，然后选择安装证书的选项
安装证书后，可以再次启动远程安装过程。
或者，您可以在本地安装代理，因为在本地安装期间不会检查证书。有关说明，请参阅在本地安装代理。
本文仅适用于Build 27009。如果使用Acronis软件的其他版本出现问题，则应执行以下步骤：
- 从安装失败的目标服务器收集新的系统报告
- 请与Acronis支持部门联系
